I am very excited to introduce you to the latest yarn crush we have at Sheep Thrills in Broward County. Patti introduced me to Anzula Luxury Fiber at the store one Saturday and I could tell she was truly enchanted with the line.
Looking at the above photo, you can see why.
Patti was truly excited because Anzula is a really special yarn line. The fibers are pure luxury and the colors are rich, vivid, and heavenly. Patti stocked the shop when Anzula came around with their trunk show. Two yarn bases featured today are Vera and Cricket. You can find both now at Sheep Thrills!
According to their website, “At Anzula, we hand-dye yarns and fibers made from the most luxurious fibers in the world like cashmere, camel, silk, linen, SeaCell, alpaca, yak, and milk protein. Anzula carries 18 lines of yarn each available in every one of our stunning colorways. We now have 109 colorways to choose from.”
Wow! Over one hundred colorways and 18 bases? That is very impressive. I was curious about which colors they offered, and I was glad when Anzula offered me access to their color cards for their yarn line called For Better or Worsted.
Patti is stocking several colors of Vera, which is vividly described on its Ravelry page: Vera is spun from a delicious blend of smooth silk and cool linen. It’s perfect for warm weather garments and drapey accessories. Let your imagination run and create something wonderfully wearable.
Patti is also stocking Cricket, whose Ravelry page reads, Cricket is a luxuriously soft, super springy, and extremely versatile yarn. It is fantastic for sweaters, shawls, hats, fingerless gloves, mittens, blankets, baby knits, home accents scarves and more.
I don’t know about you, but I am super-excited about this new yarn for crocheting, knitting, and weaving. Stop by the store if you want to see it live and in person. You can get in touch with Anzula on twitter, Ravelry, facebook, or instagram.
